Hanna Ogarenko
Founder, Owner, and Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
Education: Kyiv Technological Institute of Sewing Technology and Design. She began her career as a designer and style developer at the Kyiv garment prototypes developing enterprise.
Later she headed the work team as a production manager at the garment factory. Mrs. Anna takes an active part in the company work process: she manages the strategic development and improvement of Olteks production facilities, monitors and controls the current status of production process at each factory and on the core orders.
Arkadii Stuzhuk
General Director and co-owner
Education: a military engineer-technologist of sewing industry and a specialist in logistics in the field of organizing provision of the troops with material resources at the National Defense Academy of Ukraine.
At OLTEKS, he is responsible for financial and operational management, coordination with ministries and government agencies regarding participation in public procurements, runs contract execution and compliance of the contracts terms. The general director ensures loading of production facilities with consistent flow of clothing production orders.

The department is responsible for designing new models, developing and adjusting patterns, grading and preparing layout plans for cutting, creating technical specifications for new products, and calculating preliminary consumption rates for all components required for garment production.
In collaboration with the Procurement Department managers, they select materials and accessories and complete the confection cards.
A key function of the department is the production of prototype samples and reference standards.



PRODUCTION PLANNING DEPARTMENT

The largest and most critical department within the Kyiv head office, the Production Department is staffed by highly qualified technologists with extensive experience in garment manufacturing.
This department is responsible for a wide range of key tasks, including: placement of orders and production timeline planning, preparation of production programs, development of care label layouts, user instructions, and labels with QR codes and other product identification codes, coordination with factories on the sequence of production operations, review and approval of reference samples and production prototypes, quality control during manufacturing, final inspection of products prior to shipment to the customer, support during customer inspections of product quality and quantity. Each technologist in the department is assigned a specific category of products.


PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT

The department’s managers are responsible for calculating the total requirements for each component article per individual order and placing the necessary purchase orders. They coordinate material pricing and delivery timelines, and monitor the quantity and quality of received materials.
Their responsibilities also include sourcing new suppliers and manufacturers of materials. A key task of the Procurement Department is to ensure that all materials comply with the technical specifications provided by the customer for each product.
Compliance is verified in accredited metrological laboratories in Ukraine. When required, testing is also conducted in European laboratories.

LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT and WAREHOUSE

The central office in Kyiv houses the warehouse and the logistics department. The company also operates its own cargo transport fleet.


EXPORT DEPARTMENT

From the very beginning of Olteks creation, an export department was opened.
We work with European, American and Canadian customers according to 2 models - production using the customer's toll raw materials or full-cycle production, from model development, selection and procurement of materials, production and branding to delivery of products to Europe or other countries.The Export Department also coordinates Oltex’s participation in major international security and fashion exhibitions, such as: Milipol Paris, EnforceTac Nuremberg, Première Vision Paris, EDEX Cairo, IDEX Abu Dhabi.


LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Oltex actively participates in public procurement tenders for the supply of uniform clothing both in Ukraine and across European countries.
The tendering process and subsequent contract execution require properly prepared applications, certificates, annexes, and other legal documentation.

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

HR department is responsible for the full cycle of work with personnel - starting from applicants recruting to the adaptation of new employees. The HR manager conducts the initial interviews, aquaints new employees with corporate policy and job responsibilities, provides guidence to them during the probation period and promotes effective interaction between departments. The department also maintains empolees working time recording.
